The course for RockMan Triathlon will have its epicenter and transitions at Olsen Lake in Rock Cut State Park, Loves Park IL (1 mi North of Rockford proper). The park is one hour from Chicago Ohare airport, less than an hour from Madison / Milwaukee Wi. This sprint distance race is a perfect chance for beginner triathletes to try their first race, or for people who may have done other races with pool swims to experience an open water swim. To enter please click on the Active link just above.

Hammer Nutrition as a huge sponsor of the race will be all over the course. "Heed" will be available pre-swim, on the bike course in 20oz Rockman bottles, as well as on the run course. "Hammer Gel" in many flavors will also be available at all aid stations. "Endurolytes" will be in all race packets - as well as at aid stations on the run. Water will also be available at all aid stations and pre-race. There will also at the aid stations be all the "regulars" - banannas, oranges, pretzels and "flat" Coke.
